Direct Key Mobile Access

The DirectKey app lets you use your phone as a hotel room key. You’ll have the freedom to access your guest room, side doors, and anywhere else you would normally use a hotel key card.

1. Download the DirectKey app from the Google Play or App Store (QR codes below)
2. Sign up in the app.
3. Use the temporary password sent to your email to log in and then create a new
   password and security question.
4. Check in to the hotel to have your ‘key’ activated.
5. When approaching your room, open the app and tap ‘room’ to unlock your door.
