External Calls

Outgoing calls 

• To make calls to any number in the UK, pick up the handset, dial the number and press phone icon.
• To call a phone in another country, pick up the handset, dial 00, and then the code for the country you are calling, the area or city code, and the phone number and press phone icon. 
• For example, if you are trying to call someone in Brazil (country code 55), in the city of Rio de Janeiro (city code 21), you would dial 00-55-21 -XXXX-XXXX 
   
• To use any of the marked speed dials pick up the handset and simply press the corresponding button on the phone once.
• To call internally to another room in the hotel, pick up the handset and dial *0 followed by the room number you wish to call, and press  phone icon.  For example, to ring room 7, dial *07 or for room 14 dial *014
   
• Voicemail
  The phone can also accept voicemail messages if you miss an incoming call. If you have a voicemail waiting a red light will illuminate on the top right-hand corner of the phone
   
• To retrieve a voicemail, pick up the handset and dial *95 and press  . Once the voicemail has been retrieved it can be deleted by pressing 7
