Detailed Instructions for Guests Arriving at Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Transferring to AirSWIFT Terminal 2

Welcome to Manila!

These instructions will guide you from your arrival at NAIA's international terminal to AirSWIFT's Terminal 2 for your domestic flight.

Step 1: Immigration and Baggage Claim

After disembarking from your international flight, follow the signs to Immigration. Present your passport and any required travel documents to the immigration officer.

Proceed to the Baggage Claim area and retrieve your checked luggage.
Be sure to double-check the carousel number assigned to your flight.

Step 2: Customs Clearance

Once you have your luggage, proceed to the Customs area.
You may be required to present your luggage for inspection.
Declare any goods that may be subject to duties or restrictions.

Step 3: Exiting the International Terminal

After clearing customs, follow the signs for the Exit.
You will be exiting the international arrivals area of NAIA.

Step 4: Transportation to AirSWIFT Terminal 2

Option 1: Taxi
As you exit the terminal, you'll find a designated taxi stand. Join the queue and inform the dispatcher that you need to go to AirSWIFT Terminal 2.

Make sure the taxi uses the meter or agree on a fare before starting the journey. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic.

Option 2: Ride-hailing App (Grab)
If you have a local SIM card or access to Wi-Fi, you can use a ride-hailing app like Grab. Open the app and set your destination as AirSWIFT Terminal 2.

Request a ride and confirm the pickup location. A driver will be assigned to you, and you can track their arrival on the app.

The fare will be displayed in the app, and you can choose to pay with cash or through the app.

Step 5: Arriving at AirSWIFT Terminal 2

Once you arrive at AirSWIFT Terminal 2, pay the taxi driver or confirm your ride on the Grab app.

Proceed inside the terminal to check in for your domestic flight.

Important Reminders:

Travel Time: Allow ample time for your transfer, especially during peak traffic hours. It's recommended to have at least 2-3 hours between your international arrival and your domestic departure.

Luggage: Ensure you have all your belongings with you when exiting the international terminal.

Currency Exchange: If needed, you can exchange currency at money exchange counters within the airport.

Communication: If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to ask airport staff or your transportation provider.
