Don’t answer your bedroom room without verifying who is there. If a person claims to be an employee, call us and ask if someone from the staff is supposed to have access to your room and for what purpose.
When returning to the guesthouse late in the evening, use the main entrance of the hotel. Be observant and look around before entering parking lots, and before leaving your vehicle.
Close the door securely whenever you are in your room.
Do not needlessly display guest room keys in public or carelessly leave them on restaurant tables, or other places where they might be stolen.
Do not draw attention to yourself by displaying large amounts of cash or expensive jewellery.
Do not invite strangers to your room for any reason.
Keep your valuables safe.
Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
Ensure that windows are locked before leaving the room, especially rooms on the ground floor.
If you are travelling with children, provide adult supervision and know their whereabouts at all times.
If you see any suspicious activity, please report your observations to the management.
For the safety and security of our guests, staff and the property, CCTV cameras are in operation in all public areas of the property. These cameras are monitored to ensure a safe environment and to assist in the prevention and detection of crime. Any recorded footage will only be shared with relevant authorities if necessary. By entering the premises, you consent to the use of CCTV for these purposes.
