Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Deposit Policy:
- We will collect a deposit of 20% of your booking amount upon booking confirmation, excluding any add-ons such as airport transfer etc. which will be added to the deposit amount.
- Pay 50% deposit to get an extra 5% discount. The check-in date must be a minimum of 60 days after the day of payment.
- In case of cancellation within the cancellation due dates, we are not obliged to, but can make the exception of keeping any paid deposit or booking amount as a credit towards your amended or any future booking.
- Amendments or bookings used for existing credit are subject to price changes, depending on the seasonal rates. No refunds if the amendments or new bookings fall into a season with lower rates.
- Peak Season: From 20.12. until 10.01 each year, 5 nights minimum stay are required.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation must be notified to the Resort in writing.
- Cancellation less than Seven (7) days prior to check-in time during the period of 1st May until Oct. 31st, 100% of the deposit amount paid will be charged per room cancelled.
- Cancellation less than Thirty (30) days prior to check-in date during the period of 1st Nov until April 30th, 100% of the whole booking amount will be charged per room cancelled.
- In the event of any NO SHOWS or EARLY CHECK-OUT, the booker shall be held responsible for the payment equivalent to the full length of stay of the total number of rooms reserved.
